Planned Giving

Donate to Wartburg Today!

Leave a meaningful legacy for you and your family. Join the over 250 thoughtful Passavant Society Members who have included Wartburg in their estate plans through legacy gifts such as trusts, bequests, insurance policies and more. This extraordinary gesture will ensure the long-term future of Wartburg’s mission to provide superior services to seniors in our community.

Established in 1992, the Passavant Society was named after Reverend William Alfred Passavant, D.D., original founder of the Wartburg Orphans’ Farm School at Mount Vernon in 1866. The Passavant Medal celebrates the devout hope that those who are honored with it will continue to be “pioneers of Christian mercy” through Wartburg’s ministries. Members are invited to annual Passavant Society events.
