Position requires basic technical proficiency in the maintenance trades. Works from written and oral instructions from the Director of Facility Operations or designate and only emergency calls from facility supervisory personnel. Required to carry out assignments to completion referring only the unusual or difficult problems to the Director of Facility Operations or designate. Work is continually subject to inspection during performance and upon completion for compliance with instructions and workmanship that meets accepted standards of quality. Performs any and all such other duties as assigned by the Director of Facility Operations or designate.
