Jodie Ferrari, CNM and Wilson Sanchez, RDN

What is your position at Wartburg?

Jodie Ferrari – Clinical Nutrition Manager

Wilson Sanchez – Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Why did you choose to work at Wartburg?

Jodie – My personal preference is to work with Long-Term Care Residents and the Sub-Acute Rehab population. I have always been aware professionally of how highly regarded the Wartburg staff and services are.

Wilson – I was referred by two of my classmates who interned at Wartburg. They only spoke great things about Wartburg. They knew that I was searching for a job at the time (about 6 months ago) and they thought I would be a good match. They were not wrong. I am loving it here?

Rousheda Morgan Monk, LPN

What is your position at Wartburg?

I am a Licensed Practical Nurse

Why did you choose to work at Wartburg?

I have been working at Wartburg for 5 years as a certified nurse assistant. It feels good to leave your home in the morning knowing that you are heading to a place where the staff is respectful, compassionate, approachable and loves the work they do. That is why I choose to stay and continue my nursing profession at Wartburg.

Sarah Tulotta, OTR/L

What is your position at Wartburg?

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Why did you choose to work at Wartburg?

It was 11 years ago and I had just completed an OT fieldwork in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in which I gained a new perspective on the aging population. I had just completed my master’s degree from Sacred Heart University Graduate School and was finally ready to apply my academic knowledge as an occupational therapist. Since having my last fieldwork assignment at a SNF, I developed a passion to work among the geriatric population. Wartburg became my first job and the start of my career.

Lauren Cristino, ATR-BC, LCAT
