The Concierge at Meadowview plays an important role in creating a high-end, resident-focused environment, as he or she is the first point of contact for many of our visitors. As such, a special emphasis is placed on exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. As part of daily responsibilities, the Concierge greets and directs all visitors/callers and also provides both administrative and clerical support to a number of members of the Meadowview team. A congenial, friendly disposition is a must, as are strong organizational skills. As person-centered care is prized in our facility, Concierges must be able to perform all of their duties in a caring, flexible, personalized manner. A love of working with Seniors/those with disabilites and a passion for bringing healing and hope to the lives of residents and their loved ones is a must. Furthermore, a positive atitude and pleasant disposition is essential. Concierges must be able to work cooperatively with other staff. Dependability, accountability, and integrity are necessary for effective performance.
- A High School diploma is required
- 1 year of experience in a customer-service related setting.
