Under the general direction of the Executive Chef and the Dining Room Manager, he/she performs a variety of front and back of the house duties as assigned. The Food and Beverage Associate will perform a variety of front and back house duties as assigned. The incumbent must be able to deal patiently with aging clientele; performs duties as outlined with speed and must be able to handle and lift standard service tray.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- One year experience serving in restaurant, catering or formal dining setting
