Budget and Reimbursement Clerk (Finance) Part Time

The Administrative Clerk is responsible for supporting the Budget and Reimbursement Department. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining spreadsheets for departmental projects. They will also be responsible for obtaining information from different departments to incorporate within the desired spreadsheets. Therefore, interpersonal skills are necessary to interact with others within the corporation. The candidate will also be responsible for data input, filing, copying and other small ad hoc projects as needed. The candidate will utilize Microsoft Office Excel and be at an intermediate level of expertise. A strong detail orientation is required, as is the ability to work with minimal supervision. A High School Diploma is required, with preference give to those with an AA/AS or BA/BS in Finance ore Accounting.
